The Pathology Center's Client Services Department is the day-to-day liaison for laboratory users. Physicians, hospitals and medical providers may call Client Services to:

  • Obtain test results.
  • Obtain specimen requirements.
  • Add-on tests.
  • Order laboratory supplies.
  • Refer you to the appropriate department personnel.

The Pathology Center is a participating provider for private insurance/health plans, Medicare and Medicaid.
When The Pathology Center bills the patient's insurance, the following information should be included on the requisition:

  • Patient's full name, date of birth and social security number (if available).

  • Patient's current address and phone number.

  • Patient's insurance information (name of company, I.D. #, group #, address of insurance company and policy holder name). 

  • Appropriate ICD-10-CM code.

  • Advance beneficiary notice signature (if necessary).
